IMPACT India's Lifeline Express hospital train
IMPACT India's Lifeline Express hospital train has just completed its 142nd project at Shivpuri in Madhya Pradesh.
In just under a month, 15,158 men, women and children have benefitted from medical care; surgery to restore sight, hearing and mobility and repair cleft lip; mobility aids; dental care; and health screening.
Munidevi (60) underwent succesful cataract surgery to restore her vision.
The hospital train is fortunate to receive volunteers from larger specialist institutions, and on this project specialists travelled from 'All India Institute of Medical Sciences' in Dehli to conduct eye surgeries.
