What is a BD I hear you ask? Well it is our 'breakfast differentiator' ! Just to keep ourselves on our toes (and so our guests don't get too bored with the same thing everyday) Sue creates a little
something different for breakfast. Today they have got a platter of goat's cheese with cherry jam, some Comte and Galette de Loire a delicious blend of cow's milk and goat's milk, smooth & creamy. Bon Appetit !
