2 miles from my front door

Hopes reservoir - in the heart of the Lammermuir hills and close to my home. It's a great place for an easy walk and a bit of fresh air. This morning I enjoyed a wander in the company of my sporting partner Andrew. Topics of conversation included David Moyes, cycling, weight loss and the effect it has on one's wardrobe, Richmond Park and water quality. Then we adjourned to the cafe for bacon rolls and coffee.

Not a bad first rest day.
