Day 2 - extra

I wasn't sure we were going to get a ride in today, the forecast had changed so dramatically.  It rained much of the night and the radar wasn't looking good.  Neither of us seemed too bothered snuggled under the duvet. Beryl is mighty cosy!

What I hadn't accounted for is the hills hugging the bad weather so we were both in luck for our outings.  Once Rich was home, I headed out to do the ride Rich did yesterday up Bobbin Mill Hill which was stunning and I had it in the back of my mind that I might add on the one Rich did this morning - but only if it stayed dry.  

No excuse then!  Bring on The Old Rake. 
A brutal but fun outing.
