I made lunch for us both today.  Since we started working from home we generally have some salad and some quiche. When I prepare salad I usually chop it into very small pieces. To me, the upside of this is that it feels like there is a lot of salad. The downside is that it takes quite some time to prepare.  Over the last few years we have got into a good habit with this.  If we are unable to each lunch together then this little protective cover will come out and cover one portion.  It was very useful earlier in the summer when there seemed to be a lot of flies around. We weren’t troubled by that today.
