Farewell

Another in my series of leaves that I worked on last autumn/winter. Sadly I didn't title the series so I can't present a gallery of them (I should go back and tag them).


I like how they are still visible through the ice, saying farewell as they journey to the bottom of the lake. At the moment there is just the right amount of ice to make this shot, too much and the leaves wouldn't be visible, too little and the effect wouldn't work.
