Grey

With grey skies and a constant threat of rain, we brave a circuit of the reserve. It’s high tide and very windy, so there are few birds to be seen. Those we do spot are too far out to offer any decent images.

Of course, on a day like this the ponies are always a decent alternative - if they can be seen that is. I catch sight of one through the brambles, head down in the long grass, stubbornly refusing to lift his head. A monochrome blip for a very grey day!

Thanks so much for your generous response to yesterday’s sunset blip - it’s very much appreciated!
