Comfort

I was rather unwell on Friday late afternoon (awful headache and sickness) so Saturday was spent resting and relaxing. I did some tidying and sorting of notes, trying to thin out stuff being stored in the study so at least I felt I’d accomplished something with the day.

Here’s a ditsy print from Liberty. Not my usual colours but very comforting in silk. Like a comfort blanket.

Plans for making a Christmas cake are very late now. I’m hoping I’ve not messed up by leaving it so late. I’ve been far too busy which has likely led to me bout of feeling unwell.
