Getting going

A bit of an effort this morning to turn out for the Parkrun, I felt tired/sluggish after a longer than usual drive yesterday. I met and ran part of the way with a couple of the Roukie Runners and as a result made a reasonable job, not far shy of my pb and first in age group. Unfortunately it meant I unwittingly signed up again for Wednesday circuits in Giffnock
It’s back to the QEUH situation, I visited R while I was feeling resilient post run.
Catch up with the boys in the afternoon, and I made a start on the Ramblers blog it’s almost finished and I’ll publish in the morning.
Thoroughly enjoyed watching Pawn Sacrifice, to get me in the mood for Iceland and now I’ve just seen all the tributes to Doddie Weir, RIP.
