The house next door

…is for sale. S and P are moving after being good neighbours to Cathy for almost 20 years. We went out for breakfast and happened to see them in the same restaurant. They said the house was open for public viewing at 1.30 and to go in and have a look. It looked stunning. For a what looks like a tiny 1888 cottage it is a modern 4 bedroom home with 3 levels and office space with Japanese inspired garden out the back. Such a surprise. I have been there before when they first did their renovations 12 years ago. 

They love the area and will move close by. Just have a smaller place now the kids have grown and left home. 

Breaky was nice as we met up with our son and his girlfriend. After that we just chilled here for the afternoon getting Olivia ready for a competition tomorrow.
