I had an unexpected day off work my physio assessment this morning was a little more full on than I expected I kinda forgot the whole pulling you about to see where it hurts and is restricted and then the is this bit sore? Eeep yes. Then they press on it again just a few more times just to make sure.

Anyway I ended up sore and couldn't face sitting on an office chair for the whole day.

The result of the physio assessment is that I have hip bursitis so will be starting ultrasound therapy and exercise next appointment. Looking forwards to the ultrasound had it a few times before and it's lovely. But I was also told the fact that its calming down itself is a good thing, but I get the feeling this is just something that I will have to live with and learn to manage.
