Not a Stag Party.

Certainly not for these ladies in waiting.
We visited Beecraigs Country Park near Linlithgow this afternoon and all the hinds were being kept well away from the main tracks. Most likely reason being the imminent arrival of their calves. Must go back in a few weeks to see if the calves have arrived.
We also spotted and photographed three families of geese complete with goslings. At that range, the photos were too fuzzy and, er, "soft-focus" for use. The wee things were all cute and downy which probably added to the inability of my camera to zero in properly on them. Anyway, that's my excuse!
