Perfect sky

Another restless nights sleep, and a bit of a damp morning this morning...is summer over!?

Not much time to waste this morning as off to the airport at lunch. Took Pete out for a short walk before taking him to the kennels. Bet he's fed up with me! As he walked off he stopped and turned around for me for one last hug.

Off to airport, bedlam there in the security checks, checking bags 3 times!

Flight on time and was great until we started to descend into guernsey and hit bad weather. Landing aborted and we circle around for 20 mins or so. Finally down, very blustery on our final descent!

Ahh lovely to be back, this place is our second home. Blue skies and sunshine!

Unpacked and then out for a drive into St. Peter port, and dinner at Christie's.

Then we drove around the coast chasing the sun. Windsurfers out at ladies bay and the sunset in full flow. Took this picture there.

Back and a whisky. Looking forward to a solid nights sleep!
