back-blip

I was up, showered, dressed and had expressed milk before Amelie was up today! She did go to bed at midnight but it doesn't usually affect her wake up time. As soon as we were ready we headed into town with Emma, Kaydi and Freya as they had some shoes to try on at the shoe shop. Amelie was in need of some too so I had her measured and she ended up with some lovely lilac and yellow flowery ones. The assistant had found them in the back, they weren't on display, and I loved how different they were. So did Amelie as those were the ones she chose. Unfortunately, it was only after getting back I realised they will hardly go with anything! Oh well, they are pretty... After shoe shopping we went to a cafe for a treat. Isaac woke up and needed fed so that was my first cafe feeding experience. After he had finished we went home to get Chris and his Dad and then we all went to the beach. The girls had a ball in the sea and the sand and Amelie loved chasing the kite. Chris was enjoying it a bit too much to give her a proper shot and then it got all tangled up and broken. Oh well. We saw some horses galloping along the waters edge as well, they were quite excited by that! Isaac was in the sling and he was not enjoying the wind in his face! We all went for fish and chips after and then back to Nana and Dadcu's to play in the garden.
