super bad night….reading for hours, not even hot milk helped….thankful for a day of solid rain so i could take it easy….didi a bit of housework….hang on the phone for 45 minutes wanting to speak to someone……while doing that i managed to cook this…..it’s plenty for several freezer meals too….
before that i managed to watch a bit of England v Iraq….switched off after 2 goals…..ending in 6-2….
will switch the tv on for the Hollandv Senegal match though…seeing that the cooking is done! 

the extra id my favourite dog Frank, the giant schnauzer….had lots of cuddles with him last night….
