Inside Insch
A work blip tonight, of some of the good folk of Insch who are on the working group for the Inside Insch community planning project. It's getting pretty close to our consultation weekend and tonight's meeting was to firm up the arrangements for this. It was a good meeting and I was pleased that I had taken my sister-in-law's advice to try to carry on with the usual daily activities despite our sudden loss yesterday.
So a busy day, a mixture of paid and voluntary work starting off in Maud, wearing my rural partnership treasurer's hat, then to Fraserburgh to pick up a fellow Banff & Buchan college board member, through to Aberdeen for an important meeting of the Regional Partnership Board on the proposed colleges merger, then Insch tonight.
A tiring but productive day kept the sadness at bay, till now. My brother-in-law was a big big man in all ways and we'll miss his presence in our lives. 'Night fellow blippers.
