Towards High Rigg

We drove through the lakes and met friends A&G on the A591 near Legburthwaite for a walk above Stybeck Farm and Fisher Place.  The return leg was along the shore of Thirlmere.  Good walk (although it was difficult in places and very slippery) and great catch up with them.  They had recently returned from a trip down under and it was good to hear all about it.

We parked in Grasmere for lunch.  It was pretty busy there as it was such a lovely day and we had a good meal.
