At The Stones

All too soon it is our last day in Wigtown. J in The Open Book mentioned the Torhouse Stone Circle so we went along to see it once we had checked out of the Little Cottage. The sign says the stones are 4000 years old. Afterwards we went to meet J from the Old Bank bookshop for some tea and cake at Reading Lasses - a nice catchup. We dropped in to Kircudbright for a late lunch on our way home - L had never been and I hadn't visited since a group of us stayed in a rented house by the water one New Year.
