A GOOD DAY

It didn't start out as that but ........

I asked last week if I could have one of the laptops which were being replaced by new models at work. The answer was yes. I thought I might come up against some opposition when it came to the next person in line who would have to wipe the work information off the laptop before I took possession of it. But it has gone smoothly, and tonight I left a plastic carrier bag containing laptop, battery thingy and mouse, in a bag behind the dustbin at a certain location. I am sure as I type this an erstwhile blipper is delving into the machine and saving all the stuff off her laptop which had just about given up the ghost. Hope it is all going well S, she who could be in for a late night!

I took this photo on the back seat of my car and couldn't understand my it was so small in kb thingies, then realised that I had left the camera setting on 'email sized' photos for goodness knows how long. I then took a photo of the photo on my laptop. Doh.

Update: S found the above behind her dustbin and it is working perfectly with oodles of memory for her to fill. Happy days, I am so pleased. Thanks Boss for letting her have it.
