THE DALES

Aren't they just beautiful. Especially on a morning such as this with the sun shining and warmth, yes warmth, no big padded coat, scarf, gloves. Though I was only on the way to work, scenic route, but it certainly raised the spirits.

I have heard that the nomad has departed, bound for a lady in Lincolnshire, though apparently she didn't answer her phone so may have cut and run already.

I am just looking forward to a quiet evening with a tuna and asparagus salad and a cold bottle of white wine. The simple things in life. Especially the quiet!
