Hooked

Got the video editing bug so my office is beginning to resemble a studio.

More rain today, chucked it down so we worked our way through our very long list. I fitted two new smoke / CO2 alarms which made me happy. We also managed to find local homes for our two unwanted cat beds. 

Yoga Mama came over for tea and cards this afternoon. We retro rocked it to Dean Martin and Nat King Cole. I think the latter’s "Let There Be Love" is one of the most perfect bits of smooth jazz ever recorded.

Have now done six episodes of The Crown. Tonight was the rather shocking connection between Prince Philip and the massacre of the Romanov royal family in 1917. Chilling stuff.
