Otter

We were up and out before sunrise this morning and took two buses to Granton and Empty Kitchens. As always I had an enjoyable shift, helping to make up meal packs and decanting all the food which Luke fetched from Fairshare.

The morning passed very quickly and then it was time to say goodbye to Luke and Otter. (Especially hard saying goodbye to Otter!)

Heavy rain was forecast for Edinburgh this afternoon so I didn’t stick around -but caught the bus to Glasgow where the sun was just coming out, and up to Kelvingrove. It’s too long since I’ve been! There was a fantastic exhibition of photographs by a man called Eric Watt www.heraldscotland.com/news/18848803.galleries-eric-watts-photos-capture-glasgow-shades/
Well worth seeing.

I’m on the bus back to Dumfries now.
