Inspired by my ‘bodyclock’.

When the clocks go forward, it’s time to set up my artificial sunrise. It begins with a gentle orange glow half an hour before‘sunrise’. It reaches a bright white light half an hour later and then gives me half an hour to get dressed (or lie in) before it turns itself off.
I prefer to be woken in silence but I could set it to wake me with birdsong, wind chimes, beep, Big Ben, or, heaven forbid, drums!
