Nil by mouth

Brushing my teeth was the nearest I got to breakfast this morning.

I had an MRI scan at The Royal Free first thing. It is how I imagine being abducted by aliens might feel. 

Afterwards Ianna the nurse complimented me on my ability to lay still and granted me permission to swear ;-D ;-D ;-D
