I picked all the corn yesterday, I felt like a Mexican farm worker, never has there been so much corn to pick.

It is the one vegetable that leaves me thinking buying it would be easier. I don't think it tastes vastly different and its such a faff.

Anyway, sweetcorn, miso & spring onion soup for lunch, and if I add some mangetout and noodles it could be tomorrow night's tea too.

I also listened yesterday when I was being questioned about my hesitation to put my new plants in the garden. Today I dug, fertilized, planted and watered so very many plants that I may need a long hot soak.
