Classic view of Wasdale

Several years ago, this was voted ‘ England’s finest view’.

The weather was spectacular this morning!

From left to right you can see Yewbarrow, Great Gable and Lingmell leading to Scafell Pike.

Ros is in the ‘extra’…

We were invited to lunch at our friends who live in Wasdale…it was so warm that we had lunch outside looking across to The Wasdale Screes, with Scafell Pike in the distance!
