Ripening

I have bought oranges from Spain through CrowdFarming and thought I would try Mangos. A box arrived last week and I was a bit concerned as they appeared to be unripe. A reassuring note said to leave them and they would ripen - and that’s what they are doing.

Fortunately they are ripening in succession as they are huge and take a while to get through . . . utterly delicious though - not like any you buy in a supermarket.
