We finished work early today and I planned to head out to Eastern Passage this afternoon to get some photos for one of my weekly challenge groups. When I was home checking email, someone had posted that there was a great egret in Grand Desert. So I took the long way to get to Eastern Passage.
I have seen both the snowy and great egrets before, but they are both considered to be a rare bird here in NS.
Road trip planned for tomorrow with a friend of mine. I get to be the passenger.
