Diwrnod newydd, a nawr, fel Bob Dylan Thomas rydw i wedi newid o'r peiriant acwstig i'r trydanol.  Hyd yn oed ar gyflymder crwban roedd digon o amser gyda fi i orffen fy ngwregys myfyrdod. Fel maen nhw’n dweud, ‘Mae prawf y gwregys myfyrdod yn yr eisteddiad distaw’. Gawn ni weld yfory.

A new day, and now, like Bob Dylan Thomas I have changed from the acoustic machine to the electric one. Even at a tortoise's pace I had plenty of time to finish my meditation belt. As they say, 'The proof of the meditation belt is in the silent sitting'. We'll see tomorrow.
