Second Best......

Today I went to work. I left them all this morning debating their plan. They had an excellent plan - to go and cycle round Millport. I phoned at various points to check on progress (and to torment me further as I sweltered in the office and had all the blinds down to stop the blinding sun!). They cycled, lunched, ate Mr Whippy ice creams, cycled, went to the Amusements at Largs and finished the day with afternoon tea at Nardinis and all in glorious sunshine.

I have come home from running club and found them tired, happy and definitely sun kissed. This was the best I could do on my way home and it does feel like second best. Next time, I will check the forecast.
