Morning : Sunshine, horses, laughing, friends
Afternoon: sunset and a huge moon, lake swim and sauna at Skehanagh, laughing , sweating , screaming with the cold and my 4 friends who are all in a choir, hummed then sang me a beautiful, stunning version of Happy Birthday ( a little early , but v welcomed). I felt their love and had a wee tear of joy xxx
Evening : Hubs home, dinner and a massive catch up, he had no problem landing back into conversation after 10 days silent retreat ! Great to have the enlightened one home . He looks really well and is very happy and chilled.
