JERSEY- DAY 1

Not our usual ridiculous O’clock….12:30…Nice time for a flight .

Off to celebrate my bro-in-law birthday with
#his step sis and her hubbie
#birthday boy and misses!!
#and this doughnut..”Rev Doughnut to you!!!”. He managed to squeeze in a G&T on this 35min flight!!! :))
#our hotel for the duration…The Grand Jersey…disappointing outside but lovely inside. Fabulous service.

#As it is due to rain everyday The Rev and I took advantage of the blue skies and went for a walk along the front and got quite hypnotised by the crashing waves.
#lovely meal at a local Italian restaurant. (hotel a bit pricey and too fancy for 2 in our party!) :((
#then on the way back we had torrential rain, ridiculously strong winds and hail!!!!
So all seasons today!!! Luckily we walked back first so could only laugh at the drenched family that arrived 10mins after us!!!!
In the evening we booked (for free?!?) the hotel cinema and watched Hidden Figures..good film.
They even supplied popcorn and the man who set it up was so entertaining he really made our night winding up the latecomer.
