Cannock Chase

We're down in Cannock Chase ready for Saturday's Solace syndicate AGM. It's back to being a live event again at the Social Club in Great Haywood. It's nice to meet up with the other 10 owners of the narrowboat but we will all, no doubt, get told off for things we didn't attend to properly!!! This year we decided to have a few extra days down here either side of the meeting.

We had, thankfully, an uneventful journey down to a caravan site that is new to us. The blip shows the view from the edge of the field beside our caravan pitch. We're told deer come down into the field and these woodlands but will we see them? The possibilities are fallow, red and muntjac.
