Lichen

We drove down to church today as I'd taken some nice photos of fungi a few days ago and wanted to repeat them for today's blip. I thought it would make a good follow-up to yesterday's Amethyst Deciever.

When we got there I thought I'd ring the changes with a lichen shot instead.

Yes, it's that green-tinged whitish thing in the centre.

No, I can't identify it.

Yes, I could get a clearer photo of it.

No! I'm not getting out of the car in that rain even for a blip!
