What a difference a day makes

British weather… never lets you down.

Last night 55mph winds. Horizontal rain.

Today… blue skies, fluffy white clouds, birds flying high…

I even walked at lunchtime. I used to do this walk ever day. Took me 10. Minutes it took me about twenty today and I was exhausted after it… sure sign I desperately need to move more. But I did it. I did.

No side effects from my two Jabs yesterday. Other than slightly sore at the point of the jab.
