Oh my word it was a chilly one this morning.

A road trip took EmCoops and me to an unheated lido, in Brockwell Park.

It was reasonably busy as well. I think most people weren’t staying in too long but we did manage a decent swim before our noses turned blue and toes fell off.

It was bizarrely, a real treat.
