Wind Gauge

Looking after Rufus today.

Not the best of days with hailstones, horizontal rain & windy. Lots of mud & puddles to go thru.

It was so dark the flash had come on at one point. Most of the pics were blurred as low light & difficult to keep camera from blur with rain blobs.

Rufus is back again this evening but found difficult to get him to settle then just conked out on the kitchen floor for a snooze. Still windy & rainy evening.

Rufus' ears are a good wind gauge for today's wet walk round Cammo Estate & down the river.

Had hot chocolate enroute but had to wait to get home to eat my bit of cake as couldn't find shelter to stop.

Full change once home as soaked thru trousers & partly thru jacket where my rucksack had been along the shoulders & wrists.

Would of tucked up early but Rufus still here until family returns.
