All Saints Day

Today is a national holiday to celebrate All Saints Day...the island felt very hushed after last night's partying. We had a message early morning to say one of the homeless guys was waiting outside our flat with his washing. So  a bit of a scramble. We headed off to the beach late morning. We had such a lovely time, such a lovely couple of hours!

Today I'm grateful for;
1) A couple of extra folks at Caña Club tonight. Friends who lived here in the past but now just holiday here.
2) Asha and Nate getting on really well all day. Asha's been picking up her guitar again and teaching Nate a few chords.
3) A relaxing couple of hours with the family - books and beaches - a winning combo.
