Passing the time

Johnny’s surgery went well. He will feel so much better now. We got there around 6AM and got home around 3:30 PM. So very thankful. Thank you all for the thoughts and prayers!
You see how I occupied my mind during his surgery. I did ok during the surgery but when he was in recovery it dove me crazy to think of him hurting and confused and me not there. Weird. Not a common emotion for me. I guess it’s one of those trauma triggers. I was so thankful I had taken my pencils and drawing/painting calms me.
Thank you Father, that the surgery is over!
I’ve included a photo of Logan wishing Papa J Happy Halloween and telling him he loves him. AND son Josh in makeup for a Halloween party. He did the make up himself. I know some of you will recognize Billy , the “good zombie” from Hocus Pocus! Sarah dressed as Sarah, the blonde witch. Logan chose to be EGON from ghostbusters .
