Fradley Pool

A dullish morning but still unseasonably warm.

Fradley Pool was quiet, but hugely littered with spiders, witches and other Halloween ghouls. Not many children to relish them, though. I was a bit surprised to see some of the spiders web mesh on a few trees, but the birds were well clear.

No sign of the kingfisher. No sign of the heron. Just delightful colours and a chance to stretch out a little on a flat walk.
