Batch of the Day

My batch of the day contained cheese. “Batch” is the word used in Coventry and on the Wirral for what less insightful places call a barm, bap, bun, teacake, roll or other terms.

The match of the day saw Blackpool deservedly beat Coventry 1-2. We had plenty of chances to score but they had even more.
