Parsley anyone ?
Each year I let some of our parsley go to seed and when dry, I just take a bunch of seedheads and rub them between my hands over a spot where I'd like it to grow. We've had a vigorously healthy crop in about half a dozen spots around the garden these last winter months and I use it often to boost our haemoglobin as well as flavour . It's working a treat on both counts : ))
