It was a slog going back to work today after a week off. Doubly so thanks to a Guinness induced funk from a dinner with friends last night. In fact triply so thanks to the fact Susie was off for the bank holiday.

At least the sun was out when I got home and I could help Finlay work on his frisbee throwing technique.
