A blowy day
A mild blowy day. Terry and I popped out for a coffee at Dobies in Stockbridge, the new sideboard was delivered, I took back shoes I bought from Ecco on Rose Street in May that burst a seam yesterday. They changed them without demur.
(It’s funny the way we have bits of vocabulary, words that are hardly if ever used: like, for me, ‘demur’. I looked up ‘demure’ and it said often mistaken for ‘demur’. Probably the first time I have written ‘demur’ or ‘demure’.)
