Remembering. . .

. . . well actually not remembering. The girls love looking through photo books, albums, blip books. And today they were fascinated by the new family year books I’m doing, including this one with pictures when Alice was born. Now I’ve got to hurry up and get to the year Ella was born.

A quiet spot in another busy day - a visit to the New Balance shop in Shap to buy trainers, a walk in the fells to try out the new boots (amazingly avoiding rain), a spot of sewing, sorting their South Africa photos to make a book . . . eventually we went down into Appleby to eat at Ashiana - they are so good with them there - a great evening. Then we still had a game of Cluedo to play . . .

They go home tomorrow - catch up with everyone then. Exhausted!
