Kitchen stalking

Of all the birds that come to our kitchen window feeders, the woodpeckers are the shyest. I saw this one from the other side of the room, with my camera within reach, but I knew if I tried to creep closer to the window he'd be off like a shot. So this was taken from some distance, past the mixer/spray tap contraption and and through the window. Considering the obstacles, I was quite pleased to catch him!
