Ghosts at the Green Tree

Thank you so very much for all the lovely reaction and encouragement on my 1000th blip! Reading those comments really made my day today.

This was D's last day of fall break, which has involved addressing, jointly and quite late, a big pile of laundry, some last-minute homework, and heading out for Gruto's ice cream after dinner. Chilly to walk around town with cones and milkshakes, but we did anyway (or rather, W & D did; I'd polished mine off in the store). We're heading up to Ohio late morning tomorrow and hope to manage another roundtrip. Apart from all that, I spent a good amount of time today with a good book. Hope you're all enjoying the weekend!
