Playing Manual

So, as I'm trying to get my mojo back, and try something different, I am doing a photography online course.  My first assignment was taking me back to basics and insisting that I work with manual modes and adjusting exposure all by myself rather than relying on Auto.  Here are some of the shots I took whilst completing this assignment.  I've never been great with shots without people, but I'm quite pleased with these.
I've even used "extras" for the first time.
