Alberta's Dream

Spent the early afternoon helping set up our exhibition booth and checking that the cabling and AV all works. It does :) Had a stroll around the town in the afternoon enjoying the sunshine. Yesterday's blip would have been of "Wonderland" the stunning 12m head sculpture by Jaume Plensa at the front of The Bow (Calgary's new iconic skyscraper) - were it not for that super cute baby Musk Ox stealing the show. So, I strolled back past The Bow to take a pic of Wonderland and found that there is a second Plensa installation at the back of the tower, "Alberta's Dream" a bronze cast of a figure embracing a tree with Alberta placenames written all over the figure, as seen here in today's blip. If you are wondering about the 12m head, there's a great chance it will crop up in my blips later in the week ;)
