Monday Monday

Today we had much giggling at RDA. Fabulous sunny day and we took both classes outside to walk over poles - pretend jumps. They loved it. Everyone is improving greatly.

DJ's roan summer coat had really come out. Very beautiful.

One of my friends here is doing something truly amazing that will change someone's life for ever. A completely selfless act. Quite extraordinarily generous. It is all a big secret so I will not say.

She is a phenomenal woman. I am quite proud that she is a friend. It's an honour really. She has experienced the most heartbreaking of things but they have only made her stronger. Of course I know some of that bravado is an act but she is an example of how to grab life and experience and enjoy as much as you can. It's all too short. You cover your pain well but you would have to be a complete moron to not feel it.

My glamorous most immature pensioner I know (my own mom aside). It is a pleasure to be your friend.

I have advised her to take beet it organic beetroot juice. I have pre warned of the pink bathroom surprises ahead.
